Rekan were appointed as Construction Managers to procure, manage, coordinate, construct and commission the extensive refurbishment of the existing Volvo dealership comprising the complete alteration, extension and refurbishment of the showroom, associated workshop and first floor administration offices. New build 4-bay workshop together with the reconfiguration of all hard and soft landscaped areas.
