This exciting Passivhaus approved new build, planned and constructed to replace the existing photography and business teaching building comprises of a two storey timber frame building complete with four classrooms with green screen for use by photography and media students. Due to the challenging nature of this project, close coordination between the Client and Contractor was key to its success. This high level of collaboration meant that despite the challenges the project was delivered to schedule and within budget.
