Rekan’s initial appointment included the procurement and management of enabling work which led onto delivering the full refurbishment scheme on a Project Management plus basis.

The scope of works included client briefing/design management, cost planning/financial control, contractor procurement/management and programming/logistics planning, all of which led to a full refurbishment and CAT A fit out of this 1980’s office building.
