Will is a hands-on Assistant Project Manager with experience delivering a range of refurbishment projects in both a lead and support role. He has gained valuable site based experience and construction knowledge through Rekan’s Construction Management projects. He has a strong focus on logistics and practical problem-solving, ensuring projects are well-coordinated, efficient, and safely executed. Will has significant experience in the education sector, learning to deal with the challenges these complex/large organisations present for the delivery of projects. Will is currently working towards a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying alongside Chartered RICS Building Surveying (MRICS) membership.

Hobbies/Interests

Will is a passionate musician who plays bass, guitar, and piano, with the occasional backing vocals. He also dabbles in ukulele, mandolin, and banjo. An active member of both original and function bands, he loves performing live whether at gigs, pubs, festivals, or even BBC Introducing live lounges. When he’s not playing, he’s out supporting local venues, catching gigs and festivals.
