Riverdore Limited employed Rekan to provide Project Management and Cost Management for the mixed residential and commercial development to the car park at the rear of Godalming High Street. The works comprised of a single storey extension to one of the shops providing additional trading floor space, a two storey commercial and residential extension to the second shop providing a two bed flat on the top floor and a new commercial unit on the ground floor together with a new build construction of three mews houses.
