The project comprised of the fitting out of a ground floor shell space within a Hall of Residence block located in the centre of Southampton. The space is partly occupied by high street supermarket chain Co-Operative Food under an Agreement for Lease with the University of Southampton, where its shell and core fit out were provided under Landlords works to enable the Co-Op to undertake a Tenants fit out. The remainder of the space was fitted out to provide both a fully equipped gymnasium and student breakout/social space.
