Rekan were appointed as Owner Representative to administer the terms and conditions of both the Development Agreement for the design and construction of a 13,000 sq ft Community Centre delivered by the developer Highwood Homes Ltd under their section 106 obligation together with administration of a lease agreement between Eastleigh Borough Council and the YMCA to operate the centre.
