Rekan were appointed initially as Project Manager to assist with the discovery of a fire at the BMW dealership including attendance on site New Years Day. procurement of specialist surveys, liaison with both insurance parties, Landlords and Snows as Tenant. Rekan were then appointed Project and Cost Managers to procure both consultants and contractors together with the management and coordination of the reinstatement works.
