Renewal of Winchester City Council housing stock comprising 27 modern apartments with dedicated underground packing and communal open space. Rekan established the extent of works to complete following the demise of the Principal Contractor. Building defects were identified along with resolutions. Negotiations and motivation of existing sub contract trade packages to return and complete installations was key to the success.
