As a Senior Project Manager at Rekan, Ben works closely with clients and project teams to turn ambitious ideas into successful projects. He has experience across a range of infrastructure, development and refurbishment schemes, coordinating teams, managing risk and providing practical, solutions-focused advice to keep projects moving forward.

Ben particularly enjoys building strong relationships with clients and project teams, bringing people together to overcome challenges and achieve the best possible outcomes.

His previous experience includes working on high-rise student accommodation, five-star hotels, educational facilities and prison refurbishment projects. He is currently working full-time on the Chicklade Service Station project.

Outside of work, Ben is currently tackling a full house refurbishment while keeping up with life as a dad to two young children. When he gets the chance, he enjoys going to the gym and walking along the beach with his family. He credits his wonderful wife with making it all possible!
